What we collect

Race results data we ingest from public sources (name, time, rank, division, race, date). When you order a poster: your email, optional photo, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Why

To generate your poster, deliver the file, and respond to support requests.

How long

Race results: indefinitely (public archive). Orders & invoices: 7 years for accounting. Email logs: 12 months.

Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email), Stripe (payments), Printful (fulfillment for printed posters). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Access, rectify or delete your data: email privacy@coverposters.com. If you’d like your name removed from a public poster page, we’ll honor it within 7 days.
